– Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR,

– the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, as amended.

2. The Controller undertakes to store the data securely by implementing technical and organizational measures ensuring their protection, in particular by safeguarding the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons.

3. The entrusted personal data are stored and secured in accordance with the agreement concluded with the data processor.
