Types of Publications

Research Articles

Research Articles present original scholarly research and contribute to the advancement of theological, philosophical, ethical, or interdisciplinary academic knowledge. Manuscripts should contain clearly defined research objectives, methodology, critical analysis of sources, coherent argumentation, and well-supported conclusions. Research Articles should demonstrate a significant contribution to contemporary scholarship in theology and the humanities.

Review Articles

Review Articles provide a critical and analytical overview of current research, scholarly debates, and theoretical developments within a specific field of theology, philosophy, religious studies, or interdisciplinary humanities research. Their purpose may include summarizing the existing literature, synthesizing previous research, identifying research gaps, evaluating methodological approaches, and proposing new perspectives and directions for future research.

Theological Essays

Theological Essays present original interpretative, conceptual, or interdisciplinary reflections on theological, philosophical, cultural, ethical, or spiritual questions. Essays should demonstrate scholarly depth, logical coherence, engagement with relevant literature, and academic quality while allowing for a more synthetic and reflective style of argumentation characteristic of theological humanities scholarship.

Book Reviews

Book Reviews critically evaluate recently published scholarly books relevant to the scope of the journal. Reviews should provide an objective assessment of the publication’s academic contribution, methodological approach, originality, and relevance for contemporary theological and humanities research. Preference is given to reviews of internationally significant academic publications.

Conference Reports

Conference Reports provide scholarly summaries and critical reflections on academic conferences, symposia, workshops, or scientific meetings related to theology, philosophy, ethics, religious studies, and interdisciplinary humanities research. Reports should present the main themes, academic significance, keynote contributions, and outcomes of the event while maintaining an objective and scholarly character.

Special Issues

The journal may publish thematic Special Issues devoted to selected contemporary theological, philosophical, ethical, or interdisciplinary topics. Special Issues may be associated with international academic conferences or research initiatives. All manuscripts submitted to Special Issues undergo the same double-blind peer review process and editorial standards as regular submissions.
