The author emphasized that art can serve and express beauty, and thus choose religious truth as its subject, presenting it in such a way in order to show the beauty of this truth. Then art will not claim to absolutize its own status. Since in true religious art, there is a perfect synthesis of form and content. Beauty is in perfect harmony with the content, because both of these things present the same transcendent and at the same time inexpressible in words reality. What is more importantly, in such approach, non-religious art is also in some ways religious one that is related to transcendence. This view is the most appropriate possible considering that matter has the trait of holiness, being the God\u2019s creation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keywords<\/strong>: art, beauty, theater, theology, dialogue, world, God <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Streszczenie <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celem niniejszego artyku\u0142u jest ukazanie pi\u0119kna i jego dialogu ze \u015bwiatem. Autorka podkre\u015bla, \u017ce sztuka mo\u017ce s\u0142u\u017cy\u0107 pi\u0119knu i by\u0107 jego wyrazem, a tym samym obiera\u0107 za sw\u00f3j temat prawd\u0119 religijn\u0105, przedstawiaj\u0105c j\u0105 w ten spos\u00f3b, by ukaza\u0107 pi\u0119kno tej prawdy. W\u00f3wczas sztuka nie b\u0119dzie ro\u015bci\u0142a sobie pretensji do absolutyzowania w\u0142asnego statusu. W prawdziwej sztuce religijnej bowiem dochodzi do idealnej syntezy formy i tre\u015bci. Pi\u0119kno idealnie wsp\u00f3\u0142gra z tre\u015bci\u0105, gdy\u017c obie te rzeczy uobecniaj\u0105 t\u0119 sam\u0105 transcendentn\u0105 i r\u00f3wnocze\u015bnie niewyra\u017caln\u0105 rzeczywisto\u015b\u0107. Co wa\u017cne, w takim uj\u0119ciu sztuka niereligijna jest te\u017c w pewnym sensie religijna, czyli odnosz\u0105ca si\u0119 do transcendencji.
